Delivery Time
The delivery times are estimated at checkout which are based on Australia Post shipping times. Deliveries might be subject to delays due to customs clearance or destinations outside metro areas. The stated delivery time originates from the shipping date, not the order date. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order, from Monday to Friday. It's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery and Order Cost
Shipping charges are flat rates per order. The currency conversion provides an approximate value in your local currency. Shipping costs are non-refundable regarding returns. In case of a return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Order Tracking
For all deliveries, we use Australia Post which offers tracking capabilities. Upon dispatch, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. Should an incorrect address be provided, we regrettably cannot offer reimbursement. Once processing is complete, changes to the shipping address cannot be accommodated.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We hold no liability for damages incurred during transit or any instances of lost or stolen parcels.
