What size should I purchase?

There is a 'Size Chart' available on each item's page. We also provide model measurements for reference. If you have additional inquiries, please reach out to us at support@presentthelabel.com.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, this situation can occasionally occur. Please send an email to support@presentthelabel.com with the full name under which the order was placed, along with a description of the ordered items. We will manually resend the confirmation email.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat-rate shipping cost depending on the destination and whether it is Standard or Express Post. You can find detailed information in PRESENT's Shipping Policy.

Are duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

No, duties, taxes, and other related fees are not included in the cost. The responsibility for these charges lies with the customer. Further information can be found in PRESENT's Shipping Policy.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under our direct control. Domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery times depending on the destination and your chosen Standard or Express Post option. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Changing the shipping address after an order is placed is unlikely. Please contact support@presenthtlabel.com as soon as possible, and we will make our best effort to assist you.

My order has not arrived yet.

If you've received a dispatch confirmation, kindly check your tracking number with Australia Post. If there's no dispatch confirmation, get in touch with us, and we'll investigate your order status.

Can I amend my order?

Once an order is placed, making changes is unlikely. Please email support@presentthelabel.com promptly with your order details and the desired change. We will try to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, if it hasn't been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us at support@presentthelabel.com as soon as possible to cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

Upon processing your order, an automatic tracking number will be sent to you.

I did not receive a tracking number.

Email support@presentthelabel.com with the full name used for the order, the shipping address and the order number. We will manually provide you with the tracking number. 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Reach out to support@presentthelabel.com with your order number, order name, product name, and details of the issue. Including relevant photographs as evidence will be helpful. If you received the wrong or faulty item, please retain the original packaging with attached tags. We will aim to respond promptly.

How can I return my order?

Refer to our Returns Policy on our website for further information on the returns process. All returned items must meet the specified criteria, including being in brand new original condition, unworn, with tags attached, free from odours, stains, and marks, and in the original packaging. To request a return, contact us with the order number, order name, reason for return, and request for store credit.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive a store credit in the form of a digital code with 12 months expiration. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

If the refund is approved, you will be notified, and please anticipate 10-14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
