Returns
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide the option of store credit. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original brand new condition, with no marks or stains, unworn, with tags still attached, free from odours and fragrances, and in its original packaging. Requests for returns need to be submitted within 30 days of receiving your items. PRESENT reserves the right to refuse a return if, upon inspection, the returned products do not meet the specified criteria. You will receive an email notification if your returned item is not eligible for a refund (these items will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense).
Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly email us at enquiries@presentthelabel.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Request for store credit
We will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Store Credit
Upon approval of your return, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital code. This credit can be applied towards a future purchase on our website and is valid for 12 months.
Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt, as we cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or damaged returns.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for final sale items or items that do not meet the specified return criteria.
Return Instructions
For requesting a return of any items, please email enquiries@presentthelabel.com along with your order number. Once your return is accepted and received at our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Items shipped prior to contacting us will not be accepted.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, we will either issue a full refund or provide an exchange. You must notify us via email at enquiries@presentthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery, providing a description of the fault and accompanying pictures for verification. If the refund is approved, you will be notified, and please allow 10-14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
